Small Fill A Box - FAB program

The FAB (Fill-A-Box) program lets you save on shipping by purchasing 1 flat rate shipping box, and we will keep it in our warehouse for you, continuing to fill it with your orders until it's time to ship!
How it works:
- Purchase your FAB Box separately (nothing else in your order), and make sure you choose a shipping option (DO NOT choose local pickup)

After checkout, your personal FAB Box is created and stored in our warehouse.

Start filling up your box! Place additional orders anytime and select "Ship with My FAB Box" at checkout as your shipping option
- We will continue adding to your FAB Box until your box is ready to ship!
Your Small FAB Box ships automatically when:
- It reaches 20lbs
- It has been 60 days since the box was created
- The box is physically full
- or YOU contact us and request shipment.

Larger items that don't fit in the box are excluded from the program and can not be purchased with your FAB box, such as the larger Stripology rulers, larger lighting items, some irons, Cutting mats, larger battings etc. If an order is placed with any of these items, it will be edited to include the normal shipping rate and shipped immediately. Your F.A.B. box cannot be used for pre-order items or Subscription programs such as Bundle Club or Color Club.
📦 What Is a FAB Box?
The FAB (Fill-A-Box) program lets you save on shipping by grouping multiple GE Designs orders into one flat-rate box.
We store your personal box in our warehouse and continue adding your eligible orders until it’s ready to ship — so you pay shipping once instead of on every order.
🧵 How You Fill Your Box
- Purchase your FAB Box by itself and select a shipping option (do not choose local pickup).
- After checkout, we create and label your personal FAB Box in our warehouse.
- Place new orders anytime and select “Ship with My FAB Box” at checkout.
- We add each order to your box automatically.
🚚 When Your Box Ships
Your FAB Box ships automatically when any one of the following happens:
- It reaches the box’s weight limit
- The box is physically full
- 60 days have passed since the box was created
- You contact us and request shipment
You’re always in control — ship sooner if you’d like.
📏 Size, Weight & Shipping Details
- Small FAB Box capacity: 20 or 30lbs depending on the box you choose
- Shipping region: Continental U.S. only (no Alaska or Hawaii)
Your box is packed carefully to maximize space while keeping everything safe.
🚫 What Can’t Go in a FAB Box
Some items are not eligible for the FAB program, including:
- Oversized items that don’t fit safely in the box
(large rulers, cutting mats, large lighting, some irons, large battings, etc.) - Pre-order items
- Subscription programs (Bundle Club, Color Club)
If an order includes ineligible items, it will ship immediately with standard shipping.
