How Do I Use My Rewards?
Click the 'Rewards' button located in the bottom right corner of your screen after you sign into your account. Click on 'Ways to Redeem' and you will find the amount of points required to claim, get a reward or discount.
Once you have enough available points, you can simply select 'Redeem', and click 'Apply code' for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout. Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'. Note only one reward is allowed per order.
If you apply your rewards to an order but do not complete your purchase, your rewards are not lost! Any redeemed, unused rewards can be found in the Rewards panel. You can click 'You Have 1 Reward Available' to apply it to your purchase.
Please note, GE Fam Rewards are coupons and not gift cards; it is highly recommended that you do not redeem amounts for more than the cost of your purchase.
Limitations Apply:
