THE ROLE: HEAD OF OPERATIONS

We are looking for a hands-on, high-potential leader who is passionate about operational efficiency, team development, and systems thinking. This person will start by learning the team, and learning the entire warehouse operation from the ground up: picking, packing, inventory, fulfillment—and grow into owning our operations end-to-end.

This role will take on key responsibilities in warehouse and fulfillment and lead process improvement initiatives such as automation, layout redesign, and barcoding. You will sit on the Leadership Team from day one, with a long runway for growth and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be an active, engaged member of the Leadership Team, contributing to strategy, solving real problems, and leading by example with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset
  
  
• Lead operations team meetings to drive alignment, solve issues, and keep progress on track
  
  
• Work closely with team leads in Fulfillment and Inventory to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, develop scalable systems, and automate repetitive tasks
  
  
• Take ownership of the Manufacturing functions of the business, including fabric cutting, assembly, and printing by learning the processes firsthand, identifying improvements, and implementing automation and structure
  
  
• Grow and train the team while creating a strong culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  
  
• Serve our customers by eliminating mistakes, improving accuracy, and ensuring they receive the best possible value and experience when shopping with us and engaging in our community

Within 1 to 2 years, you are leading all operations including Fulfillment, Cutting, Inventory, Subscriptions, Longarming Services, and our Showroom

COMPENSATION & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $71,000–$82,000, depending on experience and potential. We are looking for someone eager to grow, with significant opportunity to expand responsibilities and increase leadership impact over time.
